Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was picked to represent Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013, but subsequent knee injuries kept her off the field. It took several years for Allana to get back in playing in the league. Allana played in her first union rugby game for women which was held in New South Wales in 2013 and was the main focus of that match against Queensland. Allana added radio to the repertoire, and she makes regularly appearances on 2GB's Continuous Call Team. In addition to her work in sport, Allana is a trained instructor. Allana Ferguson has the unique distinction of having represented Australia in three sports including Rugby sevens (rugby league) as well as touch the rugby union. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos' top player in rugby must end her league career due to tear her ACL 4 times. Ferguson 25 had torn her ACL in the same leg at the age of 15-17 and at 20. After a fourth tear she realized that it was now time for an end. Ferguson is the JILLAROOS team's lead player. The decision to leave was because of her fourth ACL left injury.
